NMR Processing:
TopSpin t1peaks.txt to Table Format

The purpose of this online form is to convert a Bruker TopSpin 2.1 t1peaks.txt or t1ints.txt file into a format that can be handled by spread sheet software easily.

Instructions:

  1. Select the file to upload (currently limited to 32 KB).
  2. Because the intensities are usually very big numbers that can be hard to read, you can scale them down by a number, e.g. 1e6, if desired.
  3. Decide on the decimal format; if the checkbox is checked, a decimal point is used, a comma otherwise.
  4. Select Convert.
  5. Either:
    • select the entries of interest in the resulting table and copy to your spread sheet program, or
    • Save the resulting page in HTML format;
      fire up Excel (or similar); under Data|external data select from web;
      open the saved HTML file (e.g., file:///D:/table.htm) and in the preview select the data table;
      import
  6. Repeat as required.
  7. The intensity data are grouped according to the address of the peak in the spectrum, i.e., the point index (no further information is available from the input file).
